Hello my name is Beth. I am a wife and a mother of two college kiddos. I found myself an empty nester after my children went off to college as I semi retired. I have spent years in the education field and as a successful business owner. I’ve been in the hospitality industry and dabbled in real estate. 1Do you offer hypoallergenic detergent?
Yes we will provide the following: Tide, Tide Hypoallergenic, Persil, Bounce dryer sheets. You can always provide your own detergent if it is not listed.
2Do you hang items?
Yes, we will hang any items just please provide hangers and indicate which items need hanging.
3Should I sort or weigh prior?
No - we will sort clothing per colors before washing. We will weigh the clean laundry once bagged for billing.
4How should I package my laundry for pickup?
We prefer bags, because they're easier to transport. Trash bags are fine. If you prefer to use hampers - just know sometimes little socks and such fall out during transport 😬
5How will my laundry be delivered?
All clean laundered items will be delivered in clear bags. We do as best we can to sort by family member so that it's convenient to put away your clean laundry.
6What is the pick up and delivery times?
Between the window of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. All pick up and delivered laundry will accompany a text with a photo. That is why current contact information is crucial.
7What is the turn around time?
Generally 24-36 hours depending on the size of the order.
8How is price determined?
Price is determined by weight of clean laundry once bagged. You will receive a notification prior to drop off indicating the amount due.
9How do I pay?
You have the option to pay cash upon delivery or Venmo.
10How far in advance notice do you need for laundry service?
If you are not on a regular route (weekly or bi-weekly) we would suggest 3 days notice, Saturday & Sunday excluded.
11Do you do bulky items?
This is to be determined, please contact us with any special requests.
12Are gratuities accepted?
Yes and thank you.
